RUVOX started inside a working homestay — where the phone rings during check-in, the cook needs the guest count and the owner wants to know how the month is going. We build for that reality.
Our story
Why we built RUVOX
Independent properties are run by small, busy teams. Enquiries arrive by phone and WhatsApp, bookings live in spreadsheets, daily routines live in group chats, and the numbers live in someone’s head. Most software made for large hotels doesn’t fit — it’s complex, expensive and built for a different way of working.
We set out to build something different: one calm workspace where every enquiry has an owner, every guest is remembered, every routine gets done, and owners can see how their property is really doing — on the web and on the phones their teams already carry.
RUVOX is designed and built in Kerala, India, alongside the people who use it every day.
