Isolated workspaces
Each business’s data is kept separate with row-level security in the database, so one workspace can never read another’s records.
Encryption in transit
Everything between the apps and our servers travels over HTTPS.
Roles and per-property access
Give each person exactly the access they need — by role and by property — including which records they can see.
Data visibility rules
Sensitive details such as phone numbers can be masked for roles that don’t need them.
Two-step sign-in
Authenticator-app verification for staff, with recovery codes, and optional enforcement for the whole workspace.
Device control
See every signed-in phone, block devices, and sign out or wipe RUVOX data from a lost phone remotely.
App lock
The mobile app can require fingerprint, face or screen lock — optionally required by the workspace.
Audit trail
Important changes are recorded with who made them and when.
No call recording
RUVOX never records phone calls, and personal calls on staff phones are never uploaded.
