Terms of service

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms apply when a business (the "customer") uses RUVOX through a workspace, including the web app, the mobile app and related services provided by RUVOX ("RUVOX", "we").

1. Your workspace and account

The customer is responsible for the people it invites to its workspace, the roles and access it gives them, and keeping sign-in details confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Your data

The customer owns the data it enters into RUVOX, including information about its guests, leads, agents and staff. We process that data only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy.

The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use its guests’ and contacts’ information, and for honouring their requests under applicable privacy laws.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use RUVOX only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not send spam or unsolicited marketing, or messages that break messaging-platform rules.
  • Do not attempt to access other workspaces, disrupt the service or reverse-engineer it.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to use.

4. Third-party services

Some features connect to services run by others — for example messaging platforms, payment providers, channel managers and telephony providers. Their own terms apply to their services, and availability of those features depends on them.

5. Fees

Fees, billing periods and any trial terms are agreed in the customer’s order or subscription. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable for the current period.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep RUVOX available and secure, and we improve it continuously. We may change or retire features; where a change materially reduces functionality the customer relies on, we will give reasonable notice.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, a security risk or a serious breach of these terms. The customer may stop using RUVOX at any time. On request before deletion, we will help the customer export its data. After a workspace is deleted, its data and files are removed.

8. Liability

RUVOX is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or bookings.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction, unless the customer’s order says otherwise.
